Our third batch of this funky, wild ale was aged for over one and a half years in our 800-gallon Hungarian oak foudre. There, the resident Brettanomyces went to work deep in the wood grain to create complex flavors of ripened fruit. With bright notes of spice from our house yeast, this ale is crisp, dry and full of untamed flavor.
