Vinos del Viento

Amber

This unique and expressive natural wine was fermentation using artisanal winemaking methods with minimal intervention. The spontaneous fermentation with the native yeasts took place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Matured on its skins for three months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with less than 30mg/L total sulfites. A limited production of 5000 bottles.

Beautiful deep ruby colour. Pronounced perfumed aromas showing red and black berry aromas with spicy notes of thyme, lavender and crushed black pepper. It is juicy and runs smoothly along the palate with soft ripe tannins and a delicate balance.

Cariñena

Deep and concentrated ruby color. Intense nose and scented with aromas of blackberries, red currants, coffee, mint and smoke. On the palate it has a refreshing and firm acidity, juicy raspberries and concentrated blueberries. Persistent finish.

Sacchetto

Prosecco DOCG Asolo Brut

Made with 100% Glera. Must obtained through stalkless pressing, marc maceration at a controlled temperature, followed by pressing and fermentation of must thanks to selected yeasts.

Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut Millesimato

88% Glera, 12% Pinot Nero. Must of Glera obtained through soft pressing by means of a horizontal press, followed by slow fermentation of pure must at a controlled temperature and thanks to selected yeasts. Pinot Nero is wine-made in red, in contact with skins for 5/7 days at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. The Glera and Pinot Nero wines are then refermented together according to the Charmat Method. This last process takes at least 60 days.

(IGP Languedoc): a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, destemmed and vinified in stainless to preserve brilliance and freshness, followed by a short rest and bottling without use of oak. Bright and spicy with superb fruit and fine-grained tannins.
