Pale yellow color with golden glints. Elegant bouquet of spring flowers and fresh spices such as anise or fennel. Smooth mouth revealing a rich and long complexity of white fruits balanced by a mineral freshness.

Deep red color with black highlights.The aroma evokes ripe red and black fruits such as blackcurrant and also pepper and liquorice. Smooth, fruity and balanced wine, structured by delicate and silky tannins.

This unique and expressive natural wine was fermentation using artisanal winemaking methods with minimal intervention. The spontaneous fermentation with the native yeasts took place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Matured on its skins for three months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with less than 30mg/L total sulfites. A limited production of 5000 bottles.

Beautiful deep ruby colour. Pronounced perfumed aromas showing red and black berry aromas with spicy notes of thyme, lavender and crushed black pepper. It is juicy and runs smoothly along the palate with soft ripe tannins and a delicate balance.

Deep and concentrated ruby color. Intense nose and scented with aromas of blackberries, red currants, coffee, mint and smoke. On the palate it has a refreshing and firm acidity, juicy raspberries and concentrated blueberries. Persistent finish.
